Representative Cases

OUI - Leominster District Court – Not Guilty

Client was arrested for suspicion of OUI after failing the field sobriety tests and telling the officers he had 24 beers.  Attorney Longton filed motions on client’s behalf, took the case to trial, and received a verdict of Not Guilty.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Assault & Battery, Immigration Consequences – Worcester District Court – Dismissed

Client was arrested for assault and battery and other domestic charges.  Client originally received a court-appointed lawyer, but after multiple court appearances with no progress, client hired Attorney Longton. Attorney Longton immediately advocated for her client with the District Attorney’s Office and all of the charges against her client were dismissed at the first court appearance.

 

23 Counts Threatening to Commit Crime, Milford District Court - Dismissed

Client was charged with 23 counts of threatening to commit a crime.  Attorney Longton successfully moved to suppress the client’s statements, resulting in the District Attorneys Office dismissing all charges.
